Project Description
Eskdale is a contemporary family home designed around light, openness and a strong connection between architecture and interior space. Clean architectural forms establish a confident exterior, while carefully considered proportions, materials and detailing bring warmth and refinement to the home.
Internally, the planning focuses on generous, light-filled living spaces and an effortless flow between the home’s key family areas. Large openings draw natural light deep into the interior and strengthen the connection between inside and out, creating spaces that feel open and expansive while remaining comfortable and intimate.
A restrained material palette and refined detailing carry consistently through the architecture and interiors. Rather than relying on excess, the design creates a sense of luxury through proportion, simplicity and carefully resolved details — resulting in a modern family home that feels both sophisticated and enduring.
